Synchronization Process

Webhooks is a synchronization method that MetricsCube Connector works with by default. The process starts with the MetricsCube server making a connection to your WHMCS. Once the synchronization is initiated, the MetricsCube Connector module transfers the data via our API.

In some cases, however, our servers cannot connect with WHMCS. It may be due to several reasons, such as the restricted access, firewall, or htaccess friendly URL settings. If this happens to you, MetricsCube Connector will provide you with a detailed explanation on the encountered problem, and inform you on how to set up a cron script. After you follow the instructions, you should find it worthwhile to run the script manually from the command line, as this way, you will no longer need to wait until the first cron execution.
