# Reports
The Reports on MetricsCube provide a comprehensive overview of your business metrics, allowing you to delve deeper into your performance data at any given time. The Reports page streamlines the process of monitoring key metrics, enabling you to make informed decisions with just a glance.
It features numerous tools to help you get the most of your graphs. By clicking on the encircled "?" icon, you can take a brief step-by-step tour of the page and its functions. A comprehensive list of features can be found below.
The search bar can be found at the top-right of the page, type the name of the report that interests you to find it quickly.
The report categories list can be found on the top-left of the page, allowing you to easily swap between report categories. The report categories can also be found on the side menu, by hovering over the "Reports" icon.
Directly below the categories list, to the right of the step-by-step guide, the date picker is located. You can select time slots to compare by hand, or use predefined periods. "Previous period" is especially useful. You can set graph accuracy to days, weeks or months. The graphs will update as soon as you pick a date.
On the header of each graph, you can find an explanation icon, and when relevant, additional explanations in the form of a video tutorial or a blog post. For some report categories, similar additional information can be found next to the categories list.
You can click anywhere on a graph, to open an in depth view and access additional functions.
# Detailed view
The detailed view looks quite similar to the previous page, but with quite a few additions. Again, we have included an interactive step-by-step guide that you can use if you would like, you can enable it by clicking on the encircled "?" icon in the top-left of the page.
Your selected graph, and the table of relevant data, is now featured at the center of the page, which helps eliminate all distractions and unrelated data.
The report categories list is now extended, so you can pick a specific report type without going back to the category view.
Additional information regarding specific report type in the form of a video tutorial and/or a blog post can be found next to the list.
Placed directly below, the date picker allows you to select the primary range for comparison, indicate the time frames, and enable filters tailored for specific graphs.
You can compare your primary date range with up to four others at the same time. Right above the chart itself, you will find the fields to fill with a time frame (custom or pre-made). Whenever you add a scope in this way, another line will appear on the chart. Each line is color coded as seen on the field next to the date chosen.
Below the chart you will find a section that shows values for the last day of each time frame picked. These are also automatically compared, so you can see the dynamics of changes.
The table at the bottom of the page can be sorted as needed by clicking anywhere on the header (clicking twice will change the sorting order between ascending and descending). You can also use the filter in the top-left of the table and the search function at the top-right. Next to the search bar, you will find the export table function. You can export the table into ".csv," ".xls "and ".pdf" files.
You can export the graph as well, by using the icon above it, between the date picker and the Combine Report tool.
