Email Summaries

MetricsCube can send periodic summaries directly to your, or your users' emails. The Email Summaries section of the settings is where you can specify their contents and frequency. You can determine which users you want to receive the summaries.

Email summaries configuration

Here you decide how often the summaries should be generated. To enable a summary, use a toggle on the left side.
You can select one or more of the following options:

• Daily email summary
• Weekly email summary
• Monthly email summary

Those can be set independently for each of your MetricsCube applications.

To the right of each option, there are two buttons:

• Test - sends you a preview mail with sample data, so you can see how the email summaries will look like, before you enable them.
• Configure - opens configuration menu, for a specific email summary, more on this below.

For each specific email summary option, you can decide what the summary includes. Use the toggle to enable whichever of the following you would like to include:

• Income
• MRR Growth
• New Clients
• Paid Orders
• Churn
• Income By Product
• Top 10 Customers By Income
• General Statistics

There is a Preview button you can use next to each option and the Users list on the bottom of the page. That is where you can enable users to receive the specific summary type.
Make sure to Save Changes after you are satisfied with your configuration.
