The Customers-related section features a range of reports providing comprehensive insights into customer acquisition, overall clientele, and geographical distribution of active customers.

New Customers

Statistics on all customers with a status "New" that are present in your WHMCS system.

Active Customers

A total number of active customers (having at least one active service, domain or addon) in a certain time frame.

Total Customers

A total number of customers in your WHMCS in a certain time frame. Please note that customer status is of a "daily synchronized data" type.

Active Customers Per Country

A number of active customers per country. Please note that this report takes data from the last date from the datepicker.
