# Report features
The Full Performance Report provides a comprehensive overview of business operations by presenting key metrics and indicators. This report includes insights on:
- New Services
- Total Active Services
- Total Active Customers
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), including its components:
- New
- Expansion
- Reactivation
- Upgrades
- Downgrades
- MRR Change
- Total Revenue
- ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
- ARPS (Average Revenue Per Service)
- Churn Rate
# Data ranges
- 2-year range - includes the current year and the previous year,
- 5-year range - covers the current year and four years back.
Both annual summaries and detailed monthly breakdowns are available for trend analysis.
# Report structure
To simplify navigation and analysis, the data is structured into distinct sections:
- All - Consolidated view of all services.
- All Products - Breakdown by products, domains, and addons.
- Products per Product - Detailed insights for each product.
- Products per Group - Aggregated data by product groups.
- Domains per TLD - Analysis of domains based on TLD extensions.
- Product Addons per Addon - Specific breakdown of addons.
# Interactive navigation
The report allows easy data exploration. When you click on a value in a report, you will be redirected to a dedicated report where you can further analyze the data, if such a report is available in the application. For example:
Clicking on an MRR value for January 2025 will open the Billing - MRR report, with the date filters automatically set to January 2025 and December 2024 for detailed period analysis.
For reports on product groups, after redirection, the appropriate filters will additionally be automatically applied, making data analysis intuitive and transparent. Similarly for reports on products, domains and addons.
Keep in mind, however, that redirection is only possible if the corresponding report is available in the application. In most cases, such an option exists, but exceptions can happen.
# Data export
The report allows you to export data to various formats: CSV, XLS, PDF which allows for:
- Easy sharing of results.
- Further analysis in external tools.
- Automatic generation of periodic reports, which saves time and increases the efficiency of data management.
